FAVOURITE BOOK OF THE MONTH

We've been looking for the perfect Christmas book to read at bedtime.  This lovely book has beautiful pictures and when you turn each page, one of the ten angels joins in- SO SWEET!!

CHRISTMAS CALENDARS

Yey!  Christmas is here... we've just decorated our Christmas tree and it looks beautiful! Ned and I opened the first door of our Advent Calendars.  Here's what we have this year and where we got them from.

TIM WALKER EXHIBITION @ SOMERSET HOUSE, LONDON

 We went to a princess palace in London where they had a giant Christmas tree and ice skating in the middle.  Inside the palace was very strange.  There were lots of rooms with pictures and giant statues from an artist called Tim Walker....

I'm Mildred The Worst Witch and Ned is a Frog!

FAVOURITE HALLOWEEN FILM

 We love this film.  This story is a bit like Harry Potter but it came out ages before and is even better!  The Worst Witch is about a girl called Mildred Hubble who starts at a boarding school just for Witches.... There she meets lots of friends like Maud Moonshine and Enid Nightshade and the horrible, mean Ethel Hallow. Most importantly she gets into lots of trouble as she is The Worst Witch!

FAVOURTE BOOK OF THE MONTH

I love playing with paper dolls and The Black Apple's Paper Doll book is the best.  There's a whole family and friends to dress and even lots of great backgrounds of bedrooms and forest to put them in.  So happy I got this as its pouring with rain so now I won't be bored!

THE LION, THE WITCH AND THE WARDROBE

All the grownups always say that when they were little they loved the stories of Narnia.  There's an amazing show of The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe @ Kensington Gardens.  I really want to go but maybe I'm too little as it looks a bit scary.... but also really magical.  Maybe tomorrow I'll be big enough....

FAVOURITE BOOK OF THE MONTH

All the animals in the forest are my friends and this book has lovely pictures of them and stories of what they like to do.

 

 

We like to read this book before bedtime as the pictures are great for dreaming about!

IL MONDO DI INGRID BLOG

 I love that this blog is also about a little girl like me, soon all our friends will copy us and have one too!... Anyway she's likes lovely things and you can read all about them in Il Mondo di Ingrid and of course Elfie is one of them!

DRIVING AROUND IN COUSIN LOUIE'S GATER

PETER PAN PARK IN KENSINGTON GARDENS

This is our favorite park in London.  It was made in the memory of a beautiful Princess and is all about Peter Pan!  Here we play Pirates and Red Indians and I'm always Tinkerbell of course.....

PAPER DOLL

I love cutting up Paper dolls and their clothes and dressing them.  It's one of my favourite games and here is one with all the Elfie clothes, some which you can have now in real and the rest is coming next winter.  You can print this page and play this game too and then be matching in real life! 

FABERGE EGG HUNT IN LONDON

We are having lots of fun looking for these giant eggs all over London.  My favourite one so far is this Unicorn that is being hatched- can you find where it is?

FAVOURITE BOOK OF THE MONTH

Mama says I am just like Goldilocks or I'm her naughty twin sister, so of course I love this story.  This version has really wonderful pictures of her as a dolly and she even has glittery red slippers and stripey tights!

PLAYTIME PARIS

I am soooo tired as we have just come back from a super fun weekend in Paris...  We all went to a big, huge, enormous fair for kids clothes and toys and other things!  Auntie Raffy, Mama and our friend Emma made a shop with a magical tree, Humpty Dumpty sat on the wall, and my beautiful clothes which I'm going to wear next winter time.
